When starting to update prices in Prestashop back-office I couldn’t work out why they were apparently not changing on the home page. The reason I found out was because Prestashop holds the information not only in the database but in a large cache as well.<\/p>\n

So you may change all the prices but until you flush the cache you are likely not to see the result.<\/p>\n

Here are the instructions to clear the Prestashop cache:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Go to Advanced Parameters > Performance from the top menu in the Prestashop back-office.<\/li>\n
  2. Click on “Clear Smarty Cache..”<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Thats it! After this proceedure all the updated prices and details should be reflected on your web site.<\/p>\n
